Return and Refund Policy

We believe that the trust you have for us is what makes us stand out among our competitors. Hence, you can return item(s) bought from us and later discovered to be damaged or not completely delivered. It's however not our intention to put you through such stress.

Return Days

You're eligible to return item(s) within 7 working days to our pick-up point or shop. It absolutely cost no fee.
Upon receipt of notification of return from our pick-up store,  we will proceed to making  refund on this item.
The shipping payment is on the customer.

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate a Return

Login to your dashboard and go to the orders section, then open a dispute for the order you want a refund for.

Step 2: Prepare the Item

Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies.

Step 3: Drop off Item/ Schedule Pick up

Return the item to the pickup station / shop or we can pick up from you within 1-3 business days. Always ensure your return slip is signed by our agents as your proof of return.

Step 4: Refund Process

Upon thorough inspection of the returned item(s), we will make the refund to your selected payment option.
