Return Days
You're eligible to return item(s) within 7 working days to our pick-up point or shop. It absolutely cost no fee.
Upon receipt of notification of return from our pick-up store, we will proceed to making refund on this item.
The shipping payment is on the customer.
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate a Return
Login to your dashboard and go to the orders section, then open a dispute for the order you want a refund for.
Step 2: Prepare the Item
Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies.
Step 3: Drop off Item/ Schedule Pick up
Return the item to the pickup station / shop or we can pick up from you within 1-3 business days. Always ensure your return slip is signed by our agents as your proof of return.
Step 4: Refund Process
Upon thorough inspection of the returned item(s), we will make the refund to your selected payment option.
